1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email).

We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email zulqtech@outlook.com with your:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Zelvani cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Zulqtech@outlook.com with clear photos.
We’ll send a replacement or process a full refund—whichever you prefer.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement product.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used CC Undereye Correctors

  • Gift cards or promotional items
